In your role as Digital Store Japan Commercial Lead, you will focus on the following areas:
- Manage the business performance for your area of responsibility and present this in regular meetings on Japan and Asia and Corporate level.
- Develop annual strategic growth plans and drive their execution to achieve revenue, profit and market share goals for Microsoft Store products (Hardware & Services).
- Drive projects with the involvement of stakeholders from different functions and geos to improve processes with an impact on SLA and customer experience.
- Partner with site merchandising team to ensure a smooth launch of new products and services on our store front.
- Partner with SMB team and customer support team to capture the opportunity through assisted.
- Perform in-depth analysis and turn them into strategic insights, present these in convincing figures and turn them into action
- Seek out ways to automate and simplify manual processes in order to improve productivity.
In this highly visible role, you will partner with executive leadership and stakeholders in Japan and Asia and US to define the overall go to market strategy for SMB/Education/Public Sector audiences. Success in this role is dependent on deep value-add relationships with multiple internal stakeholders.
