As an Associate in Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for maintain and development of key corporate client relationships on Equity solution business. You will need the abilities to navigate these products effectively along with idea generation and market insight. In addition, you will bring a collaborative approach working with our business partners in both trading, research and banking to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform.

- Marketing structured products in Equity
- Building relationship with Japan corporate clients
- Working cooperatively with the relevant business partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation
- Strong team player that partners well with principals of the platform including Research and Trading
- Skills in business analysis of corporate clients
- Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
