As an Analytical & Portfolio Manager Support Specialist in our Outsourced Chief Investmnt Office (OCIO) Sales Support team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support by driving meetings, producing reports, creating presentations, and conducting in-depth data analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Monitor portfolios and enhance operational efficiency through task automation and process management to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Retrieve, interpret, and analyze real-time data, prepare presentations, lead automation projects, and integrate manager reporting.
- Collaborate to streamline processes by identifying synergies and removing redundancies, leverage global best practices, automate tasks, maintain team meeting schedules, and modernize back-office infrastructure to support OCIO.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on creating PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Preferred proficiency in Python and Tableau.
