As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of Apple cellular devices in the Latin America region. You will work with our wireless carrier partners to drive Hardware and Software Technical Approvals, as well as work with different internal teams to help drive higher performance and an innovative product roadmap. You will ensure carrier requirements are accurately translated to internal teams, and be responsible for the investigation of carrier issues and partner closely with carrier personnel and our wireless development teams to drive resolution. You need to understand the market landscape and the network roadmaps, and drive new product and feature enablement. You will actively manage an incoming queue of technical items/issues coming either from the carriers or from internal teams. You will report project status, prioritize tasks and raise meaningful issues to cross-functional teams and management. You may be required to travel a few times per year for carrier meetings in region or team meetings in US.
