The BA will be part of the Success Factors Service and Support team. In this role he will take part in the different activities to ensure the successful management of existing EC implementation and related processes end-to-end. From understanding business needs, defining requirements, determining the best technical solution, and implementing the solutions in the system, such that they meet customer expectations. Specific responsibilities include:
Support users – Review, analyze and resolve ongoing issues via ticketing systemLead investigation and resolution efforts for problems and incidents
Manage production operational activities

How you’ll spend your day

Support users – Review, analyze and resolve ongoing issues via ticketing system
Provide technical guidance to employees and/or customers
Lead investigation and resolution efforts for problems and incidents
Manage production operational activities
Requirements Definition – Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Full Delivery lifecycle – Design, configure, test, promote and update workbooks
Provide impact analysis for changes including SAP releases
Coordinating activities with other technical resources (e.g. information security, 3rd party developers, testing, etc.)

Your experience and qualifications

3+ years hands on SuccessFactors EC and Platform configuration
End to end implementation
Support project
Experience with implementing - Time Off, Position Management, CWK
EC Certification must, Additional certifications a plus
Good knowledge of SF Reporting , Stories
Good understanding of EC API's, IAS-IPS, SSO
Supporting Integrations, Experience with Integration Center
