Position reports on a day-to-day basis to Product Service Manager
How will you make an impact?
- Knowledge of NICE solution – APA/NEVA
- Work directly with Sales, Project Manager, Customers, and other engineers divisions directly as a single point of contact in the region to lead APA implementations.
- Understand project scope, define the design and provide high level estimation of effort involved.
- Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly installed and integrated.
- Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project.
- Assist in the requirements specification for product and automation deployment.
- Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization.
- Scripting and coding to resolve integration challenges.
- Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems.
- Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation solutions.
- Assist in the design and development of user interface functionality and the implementation of workflow rules.
- Documenting the automation procedures.
- Provide technical best practice for implementations, coach the customers and partners to become Center of Excellence for NICE APA automation.
- Participate in transferring technical knowledge to the customer.
- Assist the users during production roll out.
- Communicate with product engineering about customer technical feedback on implementation of product related enhancement and fixes.
- Consistently demonstrates creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain regular communication and updates to customers and Internal Stake Holders throughout the project.
- Ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly and concisely to both business and technical audiences in both written and verbal form.
- Provide coaching and mentorship support (when necessary) to team members.
- Manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Other roles and responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in the following areas, along with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field:
- Demonstrated ability to design and configure features using a variety of technical skills (e.g. SQL-based data conversions, UI, etc.).
- Experience with a call center environment and technology including CRM Systems, Web applications, dialers, CTI, terminal emulators.
- Experience working as part of a team on large-scale IT customization and implementation projects, with the ability to translate customer business requirements into functional and technical designs. Proficient in Object-Oriented Design and database queries.
- Background and working knowledge of programming in Java, JSP, C, C#, C++, Python, SQL queries, and VB. Familiarity with HTML coding and web development technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Node.js, React, etc
- Experience working with operating system platforms, including Linux, Windows Servers, and virtual environments.
- Experience working on cloud technologies – AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, dockers etc.
- Experience on web services.
- Demonstrated experience of defining the architecture and software design.
- Familiarity with business rules and Boolean logic.
- Experience in leading a team for project delivery.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
