- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with developers, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Industry experience leading medium to large complex projects - leveraging ML, LLMs, operations and external vendors - that involve multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Industry experience in online trust and safety/risk management field and expertise in core risk and payments infrastructure, data, tools, systems, and workflows.
