Job Summary

In Business Consulting team, you’ll contribute technically to Risk Transformation client engagements and internal projects. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements, and work with the leadership on new pursuits. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

Client responsibilities

  • Ability to work as a Technical lead driving the delivery of IBM OpenPages and Cognos projects.
  • Ability to prepare effort estimates and support the sales/pre-sales activities.
  • Contribute in various phases of the GRC engagements such as requirements gathering, process/workflow design, solution configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating clients and EY leadership on status of assigned workstreams.
  • Responsible to provide end to end support for IBM OpenPages and Cognos development or Manage Services engagements.
  • Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
  • Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
  • Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.

People responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff and senior staff.
  • Foster teamwork, quality culture and lead by example.
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
  • Training and mentoring of project resources.
  • Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.

Technical Skills

  • Platform – OpenPages GRC Platform/Architecture
  • IBM OpenPages with Watson
  • Cognos Analytics
  • Programming languages – Core Java, JavaScript, JSP Servlets

Mandatory skills requirements

  • 5-6 years of implementation and advisory experience in GRC Domain.
  • Should have completed at least 2 end to end implementations for IBM OpenPages – AFCON, Object Model, Fields, Profiles, Notifications, Reports and Migration.
  • Configuration changes like development of triggers, helpers and interface changes.
  • Configuring access control on Solution level, application-level, record-level and field-level.
  • Experience in integrating IBM OpenPages with 3rd Party applications using API’s.
  • Knowledge of out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Basic understanding of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management.
  • Knowledge of Installation / Maintenance activities for managing IBM OpenPages.
  • Experience of designing on-demand solutions in IBM OpenPages and Cognos to meet specific client requirements.
  • Experience of packaging the product for delivery / production deployment
  • Knowledge of other GRC platforms (Archer, Process Unity, Service Now GRC) will be an added advantage.

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated track record with a blue-chip consulting organization or a blue-chip organization
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management
  • Strong academic record including a degree
  • B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience with other Big3 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies.
  • Knowledge of IBM OpenPages, Cognos Analytics and SQL.
  • Knowledge of IBM OpenPages and Cognos Installation and server maintenance.
  • Administration experience of IBM OpenPages and Cognos environment.
  • IBM OpenPages and Cognos Certified

Certifications (desirable)

  • Relevant professional certifications such as Certified IBM OpenPages, Cognos Administrator, Information Security or Risk Management certifications.
