You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts, coordinating across multiple teams to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to create a roadmap, align with business partners on prioritization, propose appropriate tradeoffs, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.You will also establish planning mechanisms to deliver on your roadmap, demonstrate strong operational excellence and maintain a high code quality bar. You will be expected to deep dive into complex business use cases and system dependencies and work backwards from the customer to propose solutions that solve business and customer needs.Job responsibilities-Responsible for the over-all systems development life cycle of key product sub-systems-Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach-Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to managementBangalore, KA, IND

- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
