• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers
• Plan and lead the development of Elementor’s user success journeys, driving our users to succeed in creating their websites
• Plan and build robust and scalable software components, services, and user-facing features
• Stabilize and continuously improve the quality of the product
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Work closely with the Product department, other developer teams, architects, QA, support, and business stakeholders

• Leadership Skills: 2+ years of broad management experience: individuals, teams, and project management
• 7+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack developer (Node.JS, React) - a must
• Experience in building and maintaining products end-to-end, from ideation to production, including technical research, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience in leading technically and organizationally complex projects
• Experience with APIs, building platforms, and developing large systems in a complex environment
• Experience in the online payments domain and high-availability systems - an advantage
