Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation to expand the company's client base with a strong emphasis on competitive displacement.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, considering market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations. Act as the primary point of contact and establish a deep understanding of clients' business goals & objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products/services and industry trends to effectively articulate their value proposition to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations and finalise agreements to secure new business.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously assess market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Background in outbound sales development motions is a must, as finding new account leads is crucial.
  • Proven experience in digital sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of selling SaaS, modern app, WaaP, and securitysolutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English is also extremely beneficial.
