Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila) Principal Associate, L&D and Culture
The Pr. Associate for L&D Culture supervises the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of L&D, DIB and Culture initiatives based on the defined L&D, DIB and Culture Strategy of C1PH and partners with various stakeholders within the organization to ensure that initiatives are supported. The incumbent of the role is also responsible for reporting the success and effectiveness of various L&D, DIB and Culture initiatives in C1PH to management and drives improvement in internal processes as needed.
General Responsibilities:- Culture Initiatives Implementation
- Interfaces with the C1PH leadership team to determine key culture interventions that have to be implemented
- Prepares the annual culture initiatives plan to scope in culture initiatives, team development plans, and the customer and associate experience Cafe
- Oversees the implementation of the culture interventions based on the annual plan
- Partners with C1PH stakeholders for Team Building or Development requests
- Oversees and monitors the implementation of initiatives under the customer and associate experience Cafe
- DIB Strategy Creation and Implementation
- Interfaces with the C1PH leadership team and the Enterprise DIB Team to define, enhance, and get sign-off for the DIB Strategy
- Partners with the C1PH Business Resource Groups to identify items that may be incorporated into the overall DIB Strategy
- Represents C1PH in external DIB industry groups and fora and uses information obtained to update or refine the DIB strategy based on external best practices and trends
- People Management
- Ensures individual and team productivity targets are achieved through periodic reviews and adjustments, as needed
- Provides individual career development coaching to team, including relay of feedback, support for continuing education training, as well as manifestation of desired competencies, behavior, and values
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Supervises the team’s deliverables, including, but not limited to, documentation, creation of materials, logistics, and records management
- Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in DIB, Culture, or L&D, preferably in a call center industry, with 1 year in managerial capacity
- Strong people management skills, including team motivation and building rapport with varied business partners;
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately through creativity and innovation
- Amenable to work in a hybrid work set up
- Amenable to work in Alabang
- Amenable to work in a mid shift schedule; graveyard shift as needed
