As a Payroll Specialist, you'll be an essential part of our Finance team, ensuring flawless payroll operations that support our diverse and ambitious workforce. Your expertise will help us compete on a global scale and successfully implement payroll processes that align with regulations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordination with global and international Payroll and HR teams for taxation and payroll processing

  • Month end closing for payroll related accounts

  • Monthly payroll processing, including monthly payroll report, payroll disbursement and payroll tax filing

  • Annual filing including annual return, withholding tax and shared-based compensation

  • Assisting statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance

  • Collecting and reconciling data for project requirements

  • Ad-hoc assignments

What we need to see:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting related fields.

  • 5+ years of total working experience, including 3+ years specializing in payroll.

  • Shown experience in industry accounting and payroll functions across APAC locations

  • Strong collaboration skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient speaking and writing ability in English and Mandarin

  • Familiar with Office and Outlook software

  • Exceptional attention to deal with a high standard for accuracy in numbers

  • The ability to work independently and proactively stay updated on new payroll regulation and rulings

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPA firms

  • Strong ability to drive continuous improvement of processes.

  • Confident, self-motivated, and energetic individual with the highest degree of ethics.

  • Used to working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment with multiple priorities.
