Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • 4 years of experience with conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
  • Experience in building Artificial Intelligence Solutions or Machine Learning (ML) Application programming interfaces (APIs) and developing applications with AI methods or frameworks.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Engagement Suite Architect with Google Dialogflow CX.
  • Experience in development and deployment of conversational AI Dialogflow CX models including intents, entities, and integrations in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
  • Experience in Implementing and optimizing features like context management, entity recognition, and multi-turn conversations.
  • Experience with Contact center/Interactive Voice Routing/Response (IVR) Architecture.
  • Ability to write custom Information-Retrieval workflows or Retrieval augmented generation code using common Orchestration frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
