Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
4 years of experience with conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
Experience in building Artificial Intelligence Solutions or Machine Learning (ML) Application programming interfaces (APIs) and developing applications with AI methods or frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Customer Engagement Suite Architect with Google Dialogflow CX.
Experience in development and deployment of conversational AI Dialogflow CX models including intents, entities, and integrations in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
Experience in Implementing and optimizing features like context management, entity recognition, and multi-turn conversations.
Experience with Contact center/Interactive Voice Routing/Response (IVR) Architecture.
Ability to write custom Information-Retrieval workflows or Retrieval augmented generation code using common Orchestration frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
