The guardian and communicator of key financial information and controls for Citi, serving both an internal and external client base.

The driver of franchise-level decisions on capital planning, liquidity, budgeting, tax, strategic direction and policy management.

Success in the FA program is a solid first step towards a successful career at Citi. Throughout the program, FAs will accelerate their learning and contribute to Finance priorities by gaining experiences through rotations and placements.

Upon successful completion of the program, FAs are considered for off-program placements in Citi Finance according to performance.

• We're looking for motivated undergraduates who are eager to start their careers at a global organization; tend to think globally; and have an innovative outlook on business. We value diversity and so do you. We'll also be looking for:
• You are currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar (graduating between June 2023 - June 2025). Master’s degree is a plus.
• You must possess valid Costa Rica work authorization to be eligible to participate in the Program. Citi will not sponsor any Program participants for employment in CR.
• You are bilingual Spanish and English (Advanced English level)
• You are creative in solving problems and are intellectually curious.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a global perspective and excellent judgment
• Willingness to take initiative and offer creative solutions Strong desire for international exposure/assignments and new business challenges at regular intervals
• You possess resiliency to work in an environment of change and competition.
• You are committed to excellence with a sense of urgency and excitement
• Ability to step outside their comfort zone Technologically proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships
