Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor model with a broad knowledge covering the full manufacturing space including fab, test, and packaging.
- Background in product characterization, mixed-signal tests, production test programs, test hardware, and manufacturing test support is required.
- Background in yield improvement, silicon debugging, signal integrity, and statistics are beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidate should have a good understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT, and statistics.
