As part of our EY-DnA team, you will help clients in developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Working with latest tools available in the market you will help clients by acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems and help to identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Using your expertise in data analytics you will help our clients to view data in context and make smarter business decisions to achieve improved products and services.

Your key role and responsibilities

• Lead projects and helping to ensure project timelines are met, also providing informal mentoring / training to junior members of the team
• Manage teams, clients, build architectures, respond to RFI/RFPs, conduct interviews and build teams
• Leading the delivery of data quality reviews including data cleansing where required to ensure integrity and quality
• Delivery of data models, data storage models and data migration to manage data within the organization, for a small to medium-sized project
• Resolving escalated design and implementation issues with moderate to high complexity
• Analysing the latest industry trends such as cloud computing and distributed processing and beginning to infer risks and benefits of their use in business
• Providing technical expertise to maximize value from current applications, solutions, infrastructure and emerging technologies and seek to continuously improve internal processes
• Developing working relationships with peers across other engineering teams and beginning to collaborate to develop leading data engineering solutions
• Driving adherence to the relevant data engineering and data modelling processes, procedures and standards
• Helping on hiring, building organization

Must Have

• In-depth cloud domain experience with focus on Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Azure Stack solutions
• Should have at least 10+ years of experience in project delivery, client engagement, GTM support
• Developed expertise in complex data management or Application integration solution and deployment in areas of data migration, data integration, application integration or data quality
• Well versed with emerging trends in Analytics
• Experience building on Azure using Databricks, ADF/ADLS

Good to Have

• Strong data warehousing concepts
• Good to have experience in Streamsets, Snowflake, Kafka.
• Good analytical skills with excellent knowledge of SQL
• Have worked with clients to provide solutions, architectures, estimates and possess strong influencing skills by managing clients, stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Have deep experience in Architectures, ability to have technology Point of View
• Have handled teams, performed appraisals, helped build an organization, worked in global client environment, contributed in thought leadership like white papers, accelerators etc.
• 15+ years of work experience with very large data warehousing environment
• 15+ years of experience with detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools.
• 15+ years of experience data modelling concepts
• 15+ years of Python and/or Java development experience
