This role requires a passion for customer experience and an ability to deeply collaborate with partner teams across multiple Microsoft divisions and with external industry partners to build a variety of experiences tailored to the individual partner scenario needs. You will gather requirements from internal and external partners and synthesize them into a clear roadmap that provides focus for your engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) software/services or networking protocols.
• Knowledge of the Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) market and industry.

Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Azure-based services.
• Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders, partners and customers.
