Key Responsibilities :

• Good understanding of QA,functional & regression testing on lending applications specific to business process and test execution.
• Execute test case scenarios is correlation to upgrades and new builds. Document and evaluates test results.
• Detect, logs, and report program bugs and glitches. Track defects and help troubleshoot errors.
• Reviews test procedures and develop test scripts. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Analyze and verify test requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of testing requirements verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders
• Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.

Key Skills & Attributes :

• Bachelor's Degree with 5- 7 years’ experience including minimum of 3-4 years of experience in QA, UAT, functional & regression testing preferably for commercial lending or experience in a back office/Financial industry preferred.
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process.
• Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized QA/regression testing
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Engage and collaborate with leadership team locally and globally.
• Play a key part in driving innovation and testing agenda for India and global teams.
