- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a lab or industrial setting.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with wireless technologies (e.g., Cellular, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc.) and Radio Frequency.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the India local certification lab.
- Understanding of Tech Equity Collective (TEC) regulations and standards.
- Excellent project management skills in schedule management, communication, cost management, risk assessment and mitigation plan.
