What you will do:

  • work closely with account solutions architects and sales specialists to identify key projects to sell Red Hat’s solutions

  • Manage the account planning process and carry out strategic plans

  • Gain the trust of senior IT and business executives in key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers

  • Develop new strategies for our offerings within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations

  • Work closely with product, product engineering, professional services, and product support teams to ensure excellent customer experience with Red Hat’s offerings

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of field sales experience focused on strategic enterprise accounts, preferably within the oil and gas industry

  • Background in delivering complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain

  • Proven record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations

  • Experience with consultative customer engagements with either a major enterprise software company or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and solutions

  • Ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers

  • Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills

  • Fluent in English
