**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Application Support:**

- Provide comprehensive support for Ariba, ePro, and STORM applications.

2. **Testing:**

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing functionalities.

- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and performance of applications.

- Identify, document, and track defects using established processes and tools.

3. **User Stories and Requirements Gathering:**

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document detailed user stories and requirements.

- Ensure that user stories are clear, concise, and well-defined to facilitate effective development and testing.

- Participate in requirements review sessions and provide feedback to ensure alignment with business needs.

4. **Documentation and Training:**

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures.

- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and support staff.

- Ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing support for newly implemented systems and enhancements.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**

- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

- Participate in system upgrade and enhancement projects, providing input on testing and support requirements.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in system support and testing.

Job Expectations:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 7-9 years of experience in system support, with a focus on Ariba, ePro, and STORM applications.

- Strong experience in testing, including developing test plans, test cases, and executing tests.

- Proven ability to create detailed and well-defined user stories and requirements.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies, such as defect tracking systems and testing frameworks.

- Experience with other supply chain management or procurement systems.
