Position Requirements

• 10-12 years of progressive work experience
• 8+ years of strategic sales leadership experience - inside sales preferred
• Consultative solution selling experience desired
• Proven large team leadership and performance management
• Salesforce.com experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Essential Functions

• Lead sales initiatives for 80+ person merchant lending team

• Develop strong internal and external team followership

• Manage strategic weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets

• Challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement

• Own sales policies and practices for North American merchant lending

• Work effectively in cross-functional matrix environment

• Develop strategic plans with key leadership milestones

• Foster high-performing sales culture

• Inspire North America Merchant Lending Sales Team to achieve ambitious goals
