Key Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise grade solutions
- Extensive hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Redis and Sidekiq
- Hands-on with architecture, design, development and deployment of enterprise systems
- Experience in rolling out distributed, large-scale, low latency web applications with REST, Data Caching Services and DB schema design
- Experience crafting and architecting distributed systems, concurrent programming, and coding data structures
- Experience designing ecosystems for Web applications & API Platforms
- Understand security concepts and build reliable and safe distributed applications
- Experience with leading and mentoring Engineers
- Ability to successfully multi-task and support multiple, concurrent projects
Education & Experience
BE / BTech or MS degree in computer science or information management from a premier school
