Delivering value as part of a core engagement team working on a CXO level strategy and transformation agenda – projects range from market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy and go-to-market strategy; commercial due diligence, post-merger integration and divestments; digital, cost & organization transformation and rapid value creation.
Independently leading engagements end to end, with responsibilities spanning from planning the engagement, structuring the team, driving execution, leading stakeholder engagements and managing engagement economics.
Driving business development efforts, along with sector leads.
Mentoring junior team members to drive client impact and support their professional growth.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A master’s degree (MBA will be an advantage)
Minimum 4 years of work experience for Manager (min. 8 years for Assoc. Director and Director) with top management consulting firms (preferred), top investment banks or leading corporates
Work experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale business transformation programs
Experience of working in one or more of the following sectors would be an added advantage: Consumer products, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, TMT, Industrials, Automotive and Energy
