• A proven track record of successful delivery in large, complex IT change programs.
• Demonstrable strength in managing vendor and technology partnerships.
• Essential experience in the financial services sector, specifically in banking or insurance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a managerial or senior managerial role.
• Ideally, a strong professional network within the Auckland area and the broader industry.
