What will you actually be doing?
- Work closely with Product Managers to define, design, and deliver outstanding UI solutions.
- Create pixel-perfect, visually appealing interfaces for new features, maintaining consistency across platforms.
- Develop high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in Figma, ensuring an intuitive, cohesive user experience.
- Define interaction flows and user journeys, ensuring the UI is both functional and visually aligned with user needs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams locally and overseas to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct usability tests and leverage insights to refine and optimize UI designs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, UI best practices, and Figma's latest features to continuously improve design processes.
What you should bring to the table:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in product teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, UI design patterns, and interaction design.
- Experience with design systems and ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints.
- Familiarity with the product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to final design and usability testing.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to effectively communicate design ideas with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for design and creating exceptional user interfaces!
