Key job responsibilities- Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code-reviews.
- Analyze and optimize applications to maximize speed and scale, factoring in network latency and bandwidth constraints.- Improve Operational Excellence including latency and scalability.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software with high velocity.- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to develop requirements and create solutions.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience developing Desktop apps using .NET
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency
