responsibilities:

• Program Governance & Oversight:Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for complex, multi-geography transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Delivery Excellence:Monitor and manage program delivery and benefits unlock across multiple workstreams, prioritizing initiatives to maximize business and transformation objectives.
• Accountability & Performance:Hold stakeholders accountable for milestones, budgets, and quality standards, while fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
• Integration & Alignment:Connect the dots across initiatives, developing insights, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities to optimize outcomes.
• Reporting & Insights:Develop executive-level dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and benefits realization.
• Risk & Issue Management:Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to safeguard delivery timelines and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and resolve escalations effectively.
• Methodology Leadership:Champion best practices in project management, blending Agile and Waterfall approaches to suit client needs and program complexity.
• Continuous Improvement:Drive lessons learned and implement process improvements for future engagements.

• Expertise in both agile and waterfall delivery models, with practical experience in hybrid approaches.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable.
• Familiarity with modern project management tools and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A university degree in management, business administration, STEM or any related field of study.
• At least 5 years of experience in program/project management within consulting or large-scale transformation programs.
• Advanced knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
