Your Role and Responsibilities
The Ecosystem Program Marketing Manager for Build will be responsible for the activation and engagement of partners that embed and build commercial solutions with IBM technology: support development and amplifying strategies for Build partners references and stories, develop and support a strategy to increase & promote ISVs’ solution listings, create and find new GTM routes for ISVs, improve GTM benefits under Partner Plus program, be the Tech Broker marketing strategist as a new route to recruit and create demand for ISVs.
The
successfulEcosystem Program Marketing Manager:
- Understands ecosystem and partnership models: ISVs and MSPs to engage and co-sell with these type of companies.
- Manages Build’s global growth, scaling what’s working, doubling down where growth exists, and experimenting with new concepts where growth is slow.
- Works as part of an agile squad and team to rapidly improve the partner experience, constantly piloting and globally scaling new ways to engage.
- Innovates in approaching different tactics to target potential ISVs in embedding and building with IBM’s technology and become advocates of IBM.
- Able to work as part of a complex and multicultural team, working alongside sales, product marketing, offering teams, other program managers.
- Is passionate about technology and what it can do – eager to help others benefit from what’s possible.
- Translate business objectives into world-class marketing experiences with committed outcomes for the business.
- Is eager to get things done and takes accountability for success and learnings.

- This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week.
