Job Description

Primary Accountabilities:

• Working closely with swine and poultry technical manager to Implement the device strategy to support the swine & poultry products
• Managing the devices: Responsible to manage all the devices/equipment that the company to offer to customers
• Set up/Install new device when company offer new devices/equipment to customers
• Service maintenance: routine maintenance to ensure the devices/equipment has proper functionals
• Moving/rotating the devices/equipment when required
• Planning the devices: develop a quarterly and yearly plan for new spare-parts purchase to meet the service maintenance demand.
• Training the device usage to end customer people like hatchery technician, farm workers…
• Participating the product training that provide by supplier.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationship with hatchery manager, farm owners, farm technical managers.
• Carrying out special projects assigned by the Business Unit Manager.

Experience and Education

• 3-4 years experiences in device/equipment maintenance
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Knowledge of equipment and device for animal health industry
• Knowledge of poultry hatchery, swine & poultry vaccine injections is a refer
• Competent in written and spoken English language is a
• Verbal and written communication skills,
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Need to be adaptable and able to work to multiple and often tight deadlines
