- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
- 4 years of experience in people management in enterprise development environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building high functioning teams and providing team members with career growth opportunities and coaching.
- Ability to develop deliver a short- to medium-term strategy for a technical writing team or organization, including adjusting that strategy as needed in response to changing priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and alliances with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
