As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing Level 3 support for a multi microservice application running on cloud infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance and availability. Your role will involve analyzing logs, managing user access, and possibly performing minor code fixes, as well as executing configuration updates.
You will work closely with the development and DevOps teams to resolve issues and enhance application functionality.


•Provide Level 3 support for applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across the application stack.
•Analyze application logs to identify and diagnose issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
•Manage user access and permissions.
•Perform minor code fixes in Java or React to address application bugs and improve functionality.
•Execute configuration updates to enhance application process, performance and user experience.
•Collaborate with the development team to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for long-term fixes.
•Document support processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.

To qualify for the role, you must have

•Proficiency in reading and analyzing application logs to troubleshoot issues effectively.
•Experience with programming.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork.
•Experience with shell and bash navigation.


•Experience with React and/or Java programming.
•Experience with Azure and understanding of cloud-based application architectures.
•Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack) for application analysis.
•Experience in working with databases and SQL for troubleshooting application-related issues.
