As a Services Project/Program Management Analyst, you will assist in the management of projects and provide support for the execution of a project plan, prioritizing interdependent activities to ensure completion on schedule.
You will:

• Handle end-to-end support processes from setup to closure of a delivery project

• Audit project documentation and ensure its completeness

• Handle a variety of project managers requests through multiple communications channels

• Act as a point of contact for project administration and support

• Ensure quality and performance measurements are met and provide feedback to management

Essential Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English

• Capability to manage and prioritize time and resources to meet assignments

• Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task in a dynamic environment

• Process and quality oriented

• Strong organizational skills
