Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working in a cloud computing environment, or equivalent experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- 2 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence applications (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition), applied machine learning techniques, or using OSS frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience building ML solutions and developing applications using AI frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience serving in the capacity of a pre-sales, customer-facing field development manager.
- Experience with contact center technologies and platforms and building conversational applications.
