PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

n this role, you will be responsible for S/4HANA project safeguarding task, including
- Fit-to-standard, Gap Validation and Design Review during Design Phase
- Deliver the technical validation for the critical business processes with focus on data consistency, exception management, integration, performance optimization, etc.
- Support customer’s S/4HANA Move activity
- Going live support and MEC/PEC support
- Be able to handle critical issues and deliver root case analysis during project or operation phase
In this role you will also be responsible for customer S/4HANA move support, including planning and S/4HANA conversion project.
- Be able to evaluate customer related S/4HANA simplifications and innovations with regards to benefit and complexity, identify pre-projects, and support to define to-be landscape.
- Be able to analyze and recommend customer's S/4HANA transition scenarios (high-level roadmap.
- Deliver S/4HANA conversion project as senior resource, in charge of handling SI results, dealing with data consistency and post activities after tech conversion.
- Support customer application optimization requirements.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Delivers onsite and remote services, including delivering onsite and remote services for MaxAttention, Safeguarding and Mission Critical Support (Escalations & Task forces, MCS Back office) including optimization, assessment, technical integration and validation, and carries out empowering trainings and workshops.
- You will be responsible for S/4HANA move planning services, conversion POC, safeguarding services.
- Participate in S/4HANA move projects concentrating on Integration & performance topics and S/4HANA mandatory changes.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION /SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of industry and S/4 HANA solution.
- Knowledge of development in the area of ABAP and ABAP OOor Experienced in S/4HANA implementation projects is preferred.
- Experience on performance analysis and data consistency analysis.
- Knowledge of other platforms and applications will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem analysis and solving skill.
- Self-motivated, open minded and ability to learn new areas and technologies quickly.
- A good team player with good presentation and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Willingness to travelto customer sites (up to 70%), and interested in customer support oriented work with a results-oriented approach.

- 2-3 S/4HANA conversion experience
- Development experience in SAP S/4HANA Solution implementation project is preferred
- Played the role of development lead or application lead is highly preferred
