Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all risk is captured accurately and completely on Trade Capture & Post Trade Controls
• Handle settlement with clients / exchanges
• Ensure to deliver timely for confirmations / statements, client’s requests and queries as well as client onboarding coordination
• Generate Regulatory Report and handle associated controls
• Handle project management - handled by business initiatives, market changes, strategic system transformation
• Work on process optimization – automation with digital solution

• Strong verbal and written bilingual (Japanese and English) communication

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in investment banking operations role is preferable
• Strong PC Skills (Excel, Word) essential, Digital Tools (RPA/Alteryx) preferred
