What you'll do...

What you'll do:

- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a technical organization - Proficiency in data-driven and data-informed product development

- Strong understanding of backend software engineering, data engineering, and basic data science

- Proven track record of attracting and nurturing talented engineers - Deep knowledge of big data challenges and ecosystem

- Experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and building data pipelines

- Familiarity with Spark, Spark Streaming, and Kafka

- Open-minded, structured thinker, and experienced leader

- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, such as Python - Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field

What you'll bring:

- Provide technical guidance and expertise in various aspects of data engineering within a scalable ecosystem

- Identify areas for continuous improvement and advocate for necessary actions

- Engage, coach, and guide high-performing engineers to achieve success

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
