Managed Services (MSE) is responsible for keeping the network running and proposing / conducting network upgrades based on business requirements. Covers technical managing and operating of agreed components of IT and telecommunications services provided to end users of Nokia customers, within contracts agreed with those customers.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN


Knowledge of Telecom with basic understanding of all latest Domains/technologies

  1. Working on ITSM/NSM tools
  2. Adhering to ITIL Standards
  3. Processing of all Changes raised from Domain maintaining the defined Lead time
  4. Creating Changes for 3rd Party/RF shut down & TPG changes impacting Optus
  5. Extended support for Fast Track Change/Emergency Change
  6. Rescheduling Changes due to Embargo & Preparing reports based on business/management requirement
  7. Responding/Actioning customer/IM OCC/Intra/vendor team queries (Dropbox, MS Teams/Skype/IVR)
  8. Ensure Telephone/IVR availability throughout the shift
  9. Drop box monitoring, actioning and ensure the right team is informed of any important mails.

Most work carried out according to procedures. Operates within guidelines for non-standard situations. Requires supervision and coaching from SLM or peers. Gathers relevant information to support problem solving and decision making.Obtains and provides information to external or internal parties. Communicates information within the team in an understable way.Sometimes requires ability to influence team members of own job area on policies, practices and proceduresUnderstand facts, practices, policies, etc. to external and internal parties
Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

  • 2-3 Years experience in change management.
  • Process Orientation.
  • Time Management
  • Knowledge on ITSM/NSM tool
  • Basic Knowledge of ITIL Standards
