As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the Fund Servicing operations you will be responsible for processing and validating capital and expense transactions required for NAV delivery.

Job responsibilities:

• Process and validate capital and expense instructions from clients and fund managers in accordance with the established work practices and procedures.
• Perform review of processed instructions by team members and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions processed.
• Work with various internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Trades, Futures, FFX, Income Accounting, COACS, Managed Funds, Global Derivatives, and Reconciliations to process transactions and resolve any exceptions in a timely manner
• Investigate and resolve cash breaks. Liaise and escalate with internal teams as necessary for resolution.
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
• Strong understanding of Risk Management with ability to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution
• Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines and escalate issues as necessary. Attend and drive internal onshore partner meetings, usually via conference call, to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up items

• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments

• Proactive in identifying and escalating issues

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Subject matter expertise in fund accounting or strong financial markets product knowledge preferred
