IBM AppConnect & Workflow Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain robust integration flows using IBM AppConnect Enterprise.
- Configure and manage AppConnect skills within IBM Watson Orchestrate to streamline and automate complex business processes.
- Implement secure and scalable workflows utilizing JSON-based configurations and policy vaults to ensure data integrity and security.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
Agentic AI & IBM Watson
- Build and deploy agentic AI workflows leveraging frameworks such as CrewAI and IBM Granite models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate IBM Watson services, including watsonx.ai, for advanced tasks such as text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing.
- Support model lifecycle management, focusing on bias detection, compliance, and audit readiness to ensure ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine AI models and improve their accuracy and reliability.
AI Governance & Compliance
- Assist in implementing watsonx.governance to uphold responsible AI practices across the organization.
- Document workflows meticulously and ensure alignment with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in AI governance.
- Conduct regular audits of AI workflows to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and compliance, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on the use of IBM Watson Orchestrate and related technologies.
- Present findings and project updates to management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in Power BI, Python, or ETL tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or integration roles, with a strong foundation in workflowautomation.
- Hands-on experience with IBM AppConnect, JSON, REST APIs, and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with IBM Watson, watsonx.ai, or similar AI platforms, demonstrating a solid understanding of AI capabilities.
- Understanding of workflow orchestration, agent-based systems, or AI pipelines, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Exposure to OpenShift, Vault management, or policy-based access control, enhancing security and deployment capabilities.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to ethical AI practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing technologies.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- More than 2 plus years of experience in building web-based applications with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one programming language, such as Java, .NET, or PHP
- More than 2 plus years of experience of writing and debugging SQL
- More than 1 plus years of experience in writing and debugging JavaScript
- More than 2 plus years of building web-based applications with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one programming language, such as Java, .NET, or PHP
- Experience in supporting web applications that use MongoDB, Neo4j and/or NoSQL environments a plus
