As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Private Bank Asia, you will be responsible for providing financial accountability and transparency, partnering with business and functional leaders to drive revenue growth and manage profitability. Reporting to the CFO of the International Private Bank, you will ensure financial objectives are met through strategic collaboration and disciplined financial management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Private Bank Asia CEO, guiding leadership teams on key priorities and growth plans.
• Lead financial and business management for Private Bank Asia, focusing on profitability and return on equity as well as championing the sales management agenda.
• Oversee financial activities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment ROI.
• Drive growth and efficiency by leading financial strategy reviews and balancing expense discipline with strategic investments.
• Build trusted relationships across the Finance and Business Management (F&BM) community and collaborate with non-finance leaders to align strategies.
• Enhance reporting and analytics to provide deeper insights for decision-making.
• Lead and develop the F&BM team, focusing on diversity and future-proofing skills.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proven leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and interacting at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze, adapt, and drive change.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with experience building partnerships.
• Proficient in data, automation, and emerging technology in a financial environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Previous experience in a CFO or Senior Finance Officer role in the finance industry is preferred.
