In this role, you will be responsible for

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a product lead forePas

• utilization.Identifyopportunities toleveragethe tool for data analysis and insights across the organization.

• Develop andmaintainpolicies, procedures, and training materials for the systems managed. Continuously improve the system with cross-functional teams.

• Streamline and automate EHS processes through the implementation of digital solutions.

• Lead andparticipatein projects to develop and digitize EHS processes within the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders, define project scope, manage timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with business teams, digital partners, and vendors to ensure successful system design, development, and adoption. Provide guidance throughout the implementation process.

• Monitor system adoption and performance, seeking feedback to drive improvements andoptimizefunctionality.

• Lead community of practices to share insights and best practices on utilizing EHS global enterprise tools effectively. Encourage knowledge sharing among EHS professionals.

• Identifyand build critical metrics dashboards to track the overall health of our GSE programs. Develop visualizations and reports for actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, or related technical discipline.

• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a global, multi-functional team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with implementing EHS system solutions.

• Direct experience implementing and sustaining EHS programs.

• Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives.

• Ability to influence both horizontally and vertically in an organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• in Microsoft Office Suite and business data analysis tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize based on customer needs and business goals.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Direct experience managing a site or corporate-level EHS program.

• Experience with building and/ormaintaininga digital solution.

• Familiarity with Cority, Qlik Sense,ePas, Enablon.
