Your key responsibilities

At Senior Manager level you will be leading project workstreams working directly with expert senior stakeholders of leading UK Tech businesses. You will therefore be:

• Good communicator with the ability to convey complex technical content in business language to board level
• Someone who builds strong business relationships with key decision makers within client organisations to realise opportunities to grow the EY business further
• A team player who is not only looking to enhance their own career, but recognises the value in developing others
• Driven to grow the data practice proposition and to innovate our methods
• Excellent stakeholders management

As a Senior Manager you will be expected to:

• Plan, manage and execute the delivery of engagements
• Deliver with the use of proven project methodology
• Review and quality assure work products
• Manage, coach and mentor engagement team members
• Generate sales according to Advisory targets.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A minimum of working on two end to end SAP program engagements with specific experience of business transformation programmes
• A track record of success in SAP Data Management and Migration
• The ability to structure teams, lead work streams and architect data management solutions
• Proven ability to lead teams across broad technical and business disciplines while maintaining the teams’ focus on the objectives at hand
• Experience of delivering engagements using a mixture of On-site, Off-site, Near-shore and Off-shore delivery capabilities
• Previous experience of consulting skills
