Design and analysis of the engine cooling system using 1D and 3D flow analyses and heat transfer analyses.
Pursue collaboration with Industry and Academia, identify opportunities to engage eco system, lead and represent team in UR initiatives.
Responsible for all technical requirements, provide estimate of the efforts and partner with engineering manager and team to define the schedule and cost.
Responsible for the deliverables for conceptual or preliminary or detailed design reviews.
Establish best practices, lessons learnt, and design knowledge management and author CGPs.
Responsible to drive growth and innovation by following technology trends, generate new ideas, proof concepts for technology insertion, mentor and guide junior engineers.
Responsible for technical decision making, including, without limitation, coordinating technical requirements with relevant stakeholders, customers, and advising leadership and customers on all technical aspects and issues to achieve all technical requirements.
Coordinates with peers and program PEs to ensure overall program success.

Actively participate in external forums, publish whitepapers, and represent the organization, influence the eco system in the best interests of organization
Travel within India and/ or internationally may be required
