Supply Chain Admin

• Work with Supply Chains to decrease the effort required from PMs and managers to accurately track Xper order shipments and deliveries. The expectation is this role will reduce the number of fire drills caused by hardware not being on site when resources arrive to install and train, thereby reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Opportunity to work with two new inventory techs, both zone managers, 18 PMs, GBS and Order Desk staff. These are also the stakeholders as they require the diligent follow-up work that will be performed by this role.
• Philips is a large organization with several employees in Brazil, with several possible opportunities
• Opportunity to work with multicultural team, hybrid working in Blumenau Site

You're the right fit if:

• Experience in an admin role, working with compiling data from multiple data sources into a single dashboard used by dozens of stakeholders and Experience with logistics and or healthcare preferred
• Advanced Excel user, Strong customer service skills,SQL database experience preferred
• Graduation in technology or logistics focused education preferred
• Fluent/Advanced English, to work wit American team
