Who you are: As a manager you will be responsible for developing key technical skill on the team along with day-to-day activities of running scrums, release related work and deliveries of the product and features. You will also be responsible for a team size of ~1-12 developers working on various capabilities from development, testing and other aspects of product development What you’ll do: Manage the team’s deliveries and team bonding Communicate clearly on issues and challenges if any.
12+ years of overall relevant experience, Minimum 5 years’ experience leading software development Technical Skills – Good hold on technology like Java/J2EE, C++ and has been involved in Design, development, and Architecture of the product earlier Experience with managing team of team size 15-20 with varied skills like developer, tester, Data Scientist, Understands Agile and Scrum Methodology of developing in iterations. Clear Communication Skills Good team motivator and strong relationship building skills Solid understanding of Software Design fundamentals Proven problem-solving skills Proven working experience in an agile software development environment Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Design, implement, support and evaluate security-focused tools, vulnerably management tools and services. Conduct periodic Vulnerability assessment. Participate in incident handling and other related duties to support the information security function. Cloud Security Certifications like AWS Certified Security Specialty is preferred. Industry recognized certification (CEH) is preferred.
