In the ATS role, you will lead strategic technology engagement for the customer, focusing on executive relationships, enterprise architecture, solution orchestration, and innovation. Key responsibilities include:
- Technical Relationship Development
- Enterprise Architecture & Roadmapping : Develop a deep understanding of customer business challenges and processes at a strategic level
- Technical Orchestration : Act as the lead orchestrator of Microsoft’s technical teams and resources for the account
- Innovation, AI, and Thought Leadership : Serve as a thought leader to introduce emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, analytics, etc.) in ways that create business value for customer
- Strategic Business Conversations : Engage in high-level strategic discussions with customers business and IT leaders to connect technology initiatives with business outcomes
- Performance & Outcome Management : Ensure that all technology strategies and projects are tied to measurable outcomes for both customer and Microsoft.
