As a (Senior) Solution Advisor (f/m/d), you will act as a domain expert with deep business process knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, particularly in sales, procurement, and manufacturing.
In this role, you will guide prospects on how to leverage S/4HANA Public Cloud as a comprehensive standard solution for their business processes. Your expertise in demonstrating the application will enable you to connect with future users effectively, leaving a lasting, positive impression.
Directly interacting with prospective clients, you will deliver expert insights on solution scoping, business outcomes, and overall value. Your primary objective will be to steer presales conversations towards successful deal closures.
Key tasks and responsibilities are the following:
- Assessing customer priorities and transformation strategies to propose the optimal solution
- Showcasing SAP solutions addressing customers' specific business requirements
- Mapping product capabilities to business requirements
- Responding to RfX inquiries within set deadlines in cooperation with the global RfX center
- Involving partners into opportunities and backing them to sell effectively
- Generating digital content for business development campaigns and delivering webinars
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, presales or in product-expert roles such as product/solution management
- Strong foundation of business processes and capabilities of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (ideally SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) with a specialization in at least 2 of the following areas:
- Sales
- Sourcing and procurement
- Manufacturing
- Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Solid grounding in SAP’s solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed
