Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+years experiencein product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a developer-focused role.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for developer experience and a deep understanding of developer needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph or similar APIs.

• MS Graph SDK Ownership:Lead the development and maintenance of MS Graph SDKs, ensuring they meet the needs of developers and align with industry best practices.
• Subject Matter Expertise:Develop deepexpertisein MS Graph best practices, including security, throttling,etc.Serve as a go-to resource for internal teams and external developers.
• Customer and Partner Engagement:Work with customers and partners to gatherdiverse and inclusivefeedback, understand their pain points, and improve their experiences with our SDKs and tools.
• Collaboration withPartner Teams:Work side-by-side with our partner teams in data and services platform, API producers and API Architects togarner supportfor features andensure we are building the best overall experience with our APIs,Toolsand SDKs.
• Collaboration with Engineering:Partner with engineering teams to prioritize work, define product requirements, and ensuretimelydelivery of high-quality features and improvements.
• Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for MS Graph SDKs, aligning with overall business goals and developer needs.
• Advocacy and Evangelism:Advocate for developers' needs within the organization and evangelize MS Graph SDKs and toolsinternally and externally.
• Metrics and Analysis:Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of MS Graph SDKs andidentifyareas for improvement.
• Documentation andLearning:Ensure comprehensive documentation andlearningmaterialsincluding samplesare available to help developers effectively use MS Graph SDKs and toolsworking with our content management team.
